Premier Office Movers is hiring full-time Commercial Movers in Columbus, Ohio. This is hands-on crew work moving client offices safely from point A to point B — the kind of work where care and consistency show, and our clients notice the difference. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and we provide the training to get you up to speed.
What you'll do
- Arrive each day on time and in company uniform.
- Safely load, transport, and unload office furniture, equipment, and related materials.
- Wrap and protect furniture to prevent damage during transport.
- Assist with furniture placement and office setups according to customer instructions.
- Complete simple disassembly and reassembly of office furniture and disconnect/reconnect equipment when needed, using basic hand tools.
- Maintain organization and inventory of items during loading and unloading.
- Report any customer damage or job site issues immediately, with honesty and integrity.
- Work closely with supervisors and teammates to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned work until released by management.

Preferred
- Previous commercial moving, warehouse, furniture installation, or manual labor experience.

Education
High school diploma or GED preferred. The ability to read basic instructions and communicate effectively in English is required.
Experience
Entry-level candidates are welcome. Previous moving, warehouse, furniture installation, logistics, or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided.
Working hours
- Full-time position.
- Hours vary based on customer projects.
- Overtime is common during busy periods.
- Evenings and weekends may be required depending on project schedules.
Physical requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and reach.
- Lift and carry up to 100 pounds, with team lifting for heavier items.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Work in environments with moderate to high noise levels.
- Perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
Pay & benefits
- Hourly pay, competitive with the industry and based on experience — our average hourly rate runs about 9% above the industry average.
